History:
This unique series of lamps was designed by Christian Dell Designed in 1931 for the Kaiser & Co lamp factory, which took it into production in 1936.
Traditionally, Christian Dell is a silversmith and works for Bauhaus in Weimar . This is reflected in the finish and design. The chrome elements are polished by hand and soldered with silver.

Idell refereert naar het woord idee en zijn achternaam Dell. “Kaiser” refereert naar de originele producent.
